This is the first page you see when you open up the website, it provides you with the basic outline of the organisations vision and mission statement.
It also provides you with links to a variety of programmes offered by the Domino Foundation. You also have the option to create an account or just
login if you have already created an account. A platform is also provided to you so that you may contact the organisation through one of the many
social networking websites.
Register
This is the page you see when you want to create a new account in the website.
By simply adding a valid Email address and a unique password you can register an account on the domino foundation website.
Log in
This is the page you see when you want to log in to the website.
If you already have an account registered on the website, then you can simply login by using your credentials.
Forgot Password
There is also an option whereby If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it by just adding
your email address in the textbox and clicking the email link.
Reports
Under the report page there are four options you can choose from:
4.1.Daily Report
For the “daily report” you are able to search for reports according to which day it was created within
a specific time period .
4.2. Weekly Report
For the “Weekly report” you are able to search for reports according to which Week it was created within
a specific time period .
4.3.Monthly Report
For the “Monthly report” you are able to search for reports according to which Month it was created within
a specific time period.
4.4.Yearly Report
For the “Yearly report” you are able to search for reports according to which Year it was created within
a specific time period.
Search
Once you are on the search page you are able to search for Staff member ,a donor or a donation simply by
typing the name in the search box and pressing “Enter”.
Eg.
List Of Programs
On this webpage you can view programs that the domino foundation funds go too and also view the programs
details including amount donated and donators name etc.
Roles Admin
When you are on this page you can either create a new account type, edit an existing account type,
view the details of a specific account type including the number of users for that specific account
type or you can simply delete an account type all together
User Accounts
When you are on this page you can either add create new accounts, edit existing accounts,
view the details of existing accounts or you can delete an account.
Donors
Under this webpage you can add new donors, view donors information including donor type
and company name etc, you can edit a donors information or even delete a donor from the system.
Donations
When you are this web page you can add new donations, view existing donation information including
the donor name and amount donated etc, you can also update existing information and also delete
existing donations.
Staff
On this webpage you can add new staff members, edit existing staff information,
view staff details and also delete staff members from database.
Volunteer
A Separate page which will allow you to be appointed to specific events by entering their
information and getting feedback via an email as to whether their skills of expertise would be
needed or not. And if you have admin access , youwill be able to edit the details of the
volunteer or delete a certain Record.

The donor page has been updated and the thank you letter now works so once a user
gives the domino foundation a donation a thank you letter will be auto generated
and ready to be viewed and downloaded in a pdf format accessible to specific roles
